摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:对照组口服降糖药;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服生脉散合知柏地黄汤。两组疗程均为2个月。结果:治疗组50例,显效13例,有效33例,无效4例,总有效率为92%;对照组50例,显效8例,有效27例,无效15例,总有效率为70%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病疗效较好。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on diabetes Ⅱ. Methods： The control group received oral hypoglycemic agents. The treatment group was treated with Shengmai San plus the Zhibai Dihuang decoction, for 2 months. Results： In the treatment group 13 cases showed a significant effect; 33 cases were effective; 4 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 92%. In the control group, 8 cases were significantly effective; 27 cases were effective; 15 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 70%. There was significant difference between groups of the total efficiency（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on diabetes Ⅱ.
