摘要
目的观察水光注射联合微针导入疗法在面部年轻化作用中的疗效,探讨水光注射联合微针疗法分层次治疗在面部年轻化当中的临床应用。方法面部肌肤自然老化患者50例,临床排除外因导致的瞬间衰老的疾病。随机将案例分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各25例。用韩国DermaShine型号为Panas1-Ds-10第1代德玛莎5针针头仪器,注射用药透明质酸(无交链型)进行水光注射,微针滚轮导入(伊肤泉)MT活化抗衰老套组,即时治疗后外敷骨胶原水晶面膜和红光照射修复治疗。治疗组:患者每次先后接受水光注射治疗、微针导入、红光照射治疗3次,间隔1个月1次。对照组:仅接受水光注射治疗3次,间隔1个月1次。治疗前及疗程结束后借助美国VISIA皮肤检测仪进行监测,由临床医生对治疗效果进行综合评估,并由患者进行满意度评估。结果治疗组总有效率,对照组总有效率,P<0.05,均有统计学意义,未见明显副作用。结论水光注射联合微针疗法从肌肤的不同层次进行治疗,在改善肤色及肌肤质地的同时,能够明显减少干纹,使肌肤紧实,为面部年轻化提供了较好的联合治疗方案。
Objective To observe the above joint micro injection into therapy efficacy in facial younger role,discussed above hierarchical joint micro injection therapy treatment in the clinical application of facial younger.Methods 50 patients with facial skin natural aging,clinical eliminate diseases caused by external cause instant aging.Cases randomly divided into treatment group and control group in two groups,each group of 25 cases.With South Korea DermaShine model for Panasl- Ds- 10 1 generation,Martha 5 beard needle head apparatus,injection drug use hyaluronic acid above injection（not in chain type）,micro needle roller import springs（the skin） MT activation set of anti-aging,immediate treatment after topical crystal collagen mask and red glow repair treatment.Each treatment group：patients successively above injection treatment,micro needle import,red light irradiation treatment three times,once one month interval.Control group：only accept above injections three times,interval 1 month 1 time.Treatment before and after the treatment with the help of the United States VISIA monitoring,skin detector by clinicians for integrated evaluation of the therapeutic effect,and the patient satisfaction assessment.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effective rate,P0.05,all have statistical significance,no obvious side effects.Conclusion The above joint micro injection needle treatment from the different layers of the skin,while improving skin tone and skin texture,can significantly reduce the dry lines and make skin firm,provides a good combination therapy for facial younger.
