摘要
随着经济全球化趋势,律师职业进入我国。作为舶来职业之一,律师职业借助经济贸易发展与不断增强的民众法律意识在我国站稳脚跟。不可否认,我国作为后发国家,律师职业仍处于"雏职业"阶段。职业伦理又往往是某一职业通往成功的道路与方法,所以如何理性建构律师职业伦理成为备受世人关注之题。
With the trend of economic globalization,lawyer＇s profession has entered China.As one of the imported professions,the lawyer＇s profession has stood firm in our country by means of the development of economic trade and the increased public legal awareness.It is undeniable that as a backward country,China＇s profession of lawyer is still in the newly-developing stage.And professional ethics is often the way to success for a certain profession.So it has been a more concerned problem on how to make rational construction of lawyer＇s professional ethics.
