摘要
通过理论分析探究装配应力对托辊性能的影响。托辊的装配应力通过影响轴承的游隙和摩擦力矩间接地影响托辊的使用寿命、旋转精度及旋转阻力等特性。所以在设计中,应合理选择轴承内圈与轴、轴承外圈与轴承座孔的配合制,从而得到合适的装配应力,确保生产的托辊满足各项指标,并具有良好的使用性能。
Analyzes the influence of the assembly stress on the performance of the roller by theoretical method. The assembly stress indirectly affects the service life of roller, accuracy of rotation and roller rotation resistance through affecting the bearing clearance and friction torque. Predictably the assembly stress has an important influence on the characteristics of roller, so in design, designer should choose the coordination system of bearing inner ring and shaft, and of bearing outer ring and bearing seat hole reasonably to get suitable assembly stress for ensuring that the roller meets various indices and has a good performance.
