摘要
目前国内电牵引采煤机制造水平已经相对较为成熟,部分机械技术已经处于国际领先地位,形成了具有自主知识产权的采煤机系列产品。但与国外采煤机相比,制造技术水平和电气控制系统方面还有待于进一步提高。对此专对美国JOY 7LS7长臂采煤机电控系统进行了分析研究,为国产采煤机的设计及国外采煤机国产化方案提供理论依据和设计思想。
At present, the domestic electric traction coal mining machine manufacturing level has been relatively mature, some mechanical technology has been in the international leading position, forming a series of products with independent intellectual property rights. However, compared with foreign coal mining machine, manufacturing technology level and electrical control system also need to be improved. The JOY 7LS7 shearer electronic control system is researched and analyzed, provide theoretical basis for the shearer design and the localization of foreign shearer.
