摘要
目的探讨健脾温肾活血利水法治疗激素无效型肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的60例激素无效型肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组应用肾炎舒片进行治疗,治疗组应用健脾温肾活血利水法进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的症状积分均有所降低,治疗组治疗后的症状积分显著低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的治疗总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,P<0.05。结论对激素无效型肾病综合征应用健脾温肾活血利水法进行治疗,可有效改善临床症状及体征,临床疗效确切,且无不良反应,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of strengthening spleen for warming kidney and activating blood circulation for inducing diuresis method in the treatment of hormone invalid nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 cases of patients with hormone invalid nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 30 cases. The control group was treated with Shenyanshu tablets. The treatment group used strengthening spleen for warming kidney and activating blood circulation for inducing diuresis method. The therapeutic effect was observed. Results After treatment,symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and symptom scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group,P 0. 05. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 67% which was significantly higher than 60. 00% of the control group,P 0. 05. Conclusion The strengthening spleen for warming kidney and activating blood circulation for inducing diuresis method in the treatment of hormone invalid nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,clinical effect,and has no adverse reactions. It is worthy of wide application.
