腐霉利及其代谢产物在人参植株、根中的消解及膳食风险评估 被引量:7

Degradation Dynamics and Dietary Risk Assessment of Procymidone and Derivatives in Ginseng Root and Plant

摘要 [目的]研究腐霉利及其代谢产物在人参植株中的消解动态规律及在人参根中第一生长季的残留量,评价腐霉利在人参种植中使用的安全性。[方法]采用乙腈提取,石墨氨基固相萃取柱净化,气相色谱串联质谱仪测定。[结果]腐霉利在人参植株上施药1次,剂量为2800 g a.i./hm2,在人参植株上的半衰期为18.28 d。腐霉利在人参根中第一生长季的残留量为42.15μg/kg,代谢产物3,5-二氯苯胺在人参根中第一生长季残留量为0.2364μg/kg。[结论]腐霉利属于易降解农药,人参根上腐霉利及其代谢产物的风险商值远小于1,膳食风险较低,食用人参根是安全的。 [Aims] The aims were to study degradation dynamics of procymidone in ginseng plant and the residues in ginseng roots during the first growing season, evaluate the safety of procymidone in ginseng planting. [Methods] The samples of ginseng root and plant were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by Accu BOND amino solid phase extraction column, and determinated by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. [Results] When procymidone was applicated in ginseng plant for one time at the dose of 2800 g a.i./ha, the half-life of procymidone in ginseng plant was18.28 d. The residues of procymidone and 3,5-dichloroaniline in ginseng root during the first growing season were42.15 and 0.2364 μg/kg, respectively. [Conclusions] Procymidone belongs to easily degradable pesticides, the risk quotients of procymidone and its derivatives in ginseng root are less than 1, the dietary risk of procymidone is low.
