偏头痛相关缺血性脑卒中发病机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 偏头痛是临床上较常见的原发性头痛,我国人群的患病率高达9.3%[1],严重影响患者的生活质量。Spector等[2]应用meta分析发现偏头痛患者缺血性脑卒中的风险增加。Kurth等[3]研究进一步表明,偏头痛导致缺血性脑卒中风险增加,大多有先兆的偏头痛,但其机制并不完全清楚。现就偏头痛相关缺血性脑卒中发病机制的研究进展综述如下。
