摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤加味干预气虚血瘀型缺血性脑中风康复期患者,观察其疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组36例采用常规西药治疗(控制血糖、血压、降纤、抗凝等)及康复运动训练;治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上服用补阳还五汤加味2次/d,150 m L/次,饭后半小时后服用,连续治疗30 d为1个疗程,随访跟踪6个疗程,观测患者临床疗效及神经功能缺损评分(NDS)变化情况,血小板聚集率及CT诊断比较。结果:治疗组基本恢复9例,显著进步18例,进步7例,无变化2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组基本恢复6例,显著进步11例,进步10例,无变化9例,总有效率75.0%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上联合补阳还五汤加味干预康复期气虚血瘀型缺血性脑中风能够取得更为满意的康复疗效,无不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction intervention in patients with ischemic stroke during rehabilitation of qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods： Use random parallel Control method,72 cases of hospitalized patients with disease history,the draw method were randomly divided into two groups,control group（ 36 cases） with routine western medicine therapy（ control of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood fibrinolytic and anticoagulant etc.）; 36 cases in the treatment group in the control group treatment on the basis of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Tid,150 ml / t,30 min after the meal after taking,continuously for 30 days as a course of treatment,followed up for 6 months,Scores of observation of clinical efficacy and nerve function in patients with defect changes（ NDS）,Platelet deposition rate and CT diagnosis. Results： The treatment group recovered 9 cases,18 cases were significantly improved,7 cases improved,2 cases had no change,the total effective rate was 94.44%. In the control group,6 cases were recovered,11 cases improved,10 cases improved,9 cases had no change,the total effective rate was 75.0%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of joint Buyanghuanwu Decoction treatment of ischemic stroke can be achieved more satisfactory curative effect,no side effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
