摘要
探讨半导体激光联合普瑞巴林及青鹏软膏治疗护理2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。将入选的90例2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为3组,各30例,对照1组给予口服普瑞巴林,对照2组则在对照1组基础上予青鹏软膏外用,实验组采用半导体激光联合普瑞巴林及青鹏软膏治疗,3组采取相同的护理干预。3周为一疗程。采取视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疗效。治疗3周后,3组患者VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降,且实验组VAS评分下降程度均优于对照1组和对照2组;实验组有效率(86.67%)均优于对照1组(63.33%)和对照2组(70.00%)。上述差异均有统计学意义(P_均<0.05)。3组均未见明显不良反应。半导体激光联合普瑞巴林及青鹏软膏治疗护理2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹后神经痛,疗效显著。
To study the clinical curative effect of neuralgia after herpes zoster by using the semiconductor laser combined pregabalin and green peng ointment treatment and nursing type 2 diabetes.Select 90 cases of type 2 diabetes and neuralgia after herpes zoster patients randomly into three groups,each 30 cases,control group 1 was given oral lyrica,control group2 on the basis of group 1 to add qing peng ointment for external use only,the experimental group using semiconductor laser joint pregabalin and blue peng ointment treatment,3 groups take the same nursing intervention. 3weeks as a course of treatment.Using visual analogue scale（ VAS） to evaluate the effect.3 weeks after,the VAS score of patients in 3 groups was significantly lower,the experimental group and VAS scores decline degree is better than that of control group 1 and control group 2; Group efficiency（ 86. 67%） were better than control group 1（ 63. 33%） and control group 2（ 70. 00%）.These differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Three groups without obvious adverse reactions.Combine pregabalin,semiconductor laser and green peng ointment treatment and nursing type 2 diabetes and neuralgia after herpes zoster,curative effect is remarkable.
