摘要
目的观察关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建前交叉韧带临床疗效。方法回顾分析2012年2月至2015年4月62例行同种异体肌腱重建修复前交叉韧带断裂患者的临床资料，术后平均随访时间21个月（4-38个月）。采用Lysholm评分、Larson评分、Tegner评分表、IKDC评分对手术前后进行功能评价。结果Lysholm评分、Larson评分、Tegner评分表，术后随访与术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），IKDc评分术后随访较术前优良率明显升高，随访患者术后膝关节功能显著提高。结论同种异体肌腱重建前交叉韧带能够取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical effects of arthrosopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament （ ACL ） with alogeneic tendon. Methods From February 2012 to April 2015, 62 patients （ 62knees ） were operated on arthrosopic reconstruction of ACL with alogeneic tendon.They were followed up, the mean follow-up period was 21 months （ range from 4 months to 38 months ） .The Lysholm score, Larson score, Tegner score and IKDC score were used to evaluate the outcomes of arthrosopic reconstruction at the time of pre-operation and follow-up respectively. Results The Lysholm score, Larson score and Tegner score were significantly improved compared with pre-operation （ P〈0.05 ） .The goodrate of IKDC score was significantly improved compared with pre-operation. The function of knee was improved effectively after the operation.Conclusion The effect of the ACL reconstruction was satisfactory.
