摘要
我国于2005年重新启动实施了测土配方施肥补贴项目,项目覆盖县(场、单位)达到2 498个,项目累计投资71亿元。通过开展取土化验和布置田间肥效试验,2012年农业部提出区域大配方在全国推广实施,标志着我国作物施肥已由测土确定配方走向以区域确定作物施肥配方。为了探索区域配方肥配方的实质及在应用中存在的问题,应用我国现有研究资料,对我国的区域养分状况和大配方的关系及以基础产量确定施肥量的问题进行了分析。结果表明,我国区域土壤养分存在多种丰缺组合类型,以区域确定配方缺乏针对性,而以基础产量确定配方肥施用量也与现有的研究结果不相符,区域配方肥并未脱离施肥的盲目性。
Chinarestarted the implementation ofthe soil testing formulation of fertilizer subsidies in 2005, which covered 2 498 counties(fields, units)with 7.1 billion yuan investment. The Ministry of Agriculture proposed the promotion of the regional big formulation in the whole country in 2012 through the soil testing and the arrangement of the field fertilizer efficiency test, which symbolized China's crop fertilization had been changed from soil testing into regional determination. To explore problems about the reality of fertilizer and its application, this article analysed the relationship between regional nutrient status and the big formulation and problems about the basic production determine the amount of fertilizer according to existing research data in China. The result showed that the regional soil nutrient in China existed multiple combination types, therefore, regional formulation was lack for pertinence. Moreover, the formulation fertilizer application amount which determined by basic yield was also not consistent with the existing research results, and regional formula fertilizer was not out of the category of blind fertilization.
