摘要
目的研究并探讨乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效及临床价值。方法依据纳入排除标准共选取120例患者并随机分为2组,研究组给予保乳手术治疗措施,对照组给予治疗改良根治术;比较两组患者客观指标情况(住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量)、临床疗效。结果研究组患者住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量分别为(14.6±2.3)d,(73.0±12.9)min,(43.4±11.1)ml,均较对照组有明显缩短;差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组(83.3%),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论保乳手术对于早期乳腺癌患者的整体治疗效果较佳,整体治疗过程安全可靠,且保乳手术对于患者日后的生活质量得到一定的保障,因此值得我们在临床上进行广泛的应用及推广。
objective to study and to explore the breast cancer early breast cancer surgery and modified radical treatment curative effect and clinical value. Methods on the basis of into the exclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,120 patients team give measures,surgical treatment in the control group treated modified radical; Compare two groups of patients with objective standards situation（ length of hospital stay,operative time,intraoperative blood loss）,clinical curative effect. Results the group in- hospital time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,respectively（ 14. 6 ± 2. 3） d,（ 73. ± 12. 9） min,ml（ 43. 4 ±11. 1）,than the control group significantly shortened; Differences were statistically significant（ P ﹤ 0. 05）; Treatment group total effective rate was 96. 67%,higher than the control group（ 83. 3%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion the breast surgery for early breast cancer patients of the overall treatment effect better,the overall treatment process is safe and reliable,and breast surgery for patients get a guarantee of quality of life of in the future,so we should make widely in clinical application and promotion.
