摘要
首先合成了EVOH-SO_3Li接枝聚合物,然后采用原位复合技术,使纳米SiO_2在EVOH-SO_3Li溶液中原位生成,最后静电纺丝制备了EVOH-SO_3Li/SiO_2复合隔膜。用拉伸强度来对锂离子电池隔膜的力学性性能进行表征,并且研究不同含量的SiO_2对力、热性能的影响。结果表明SiO_2含量为2%(wt)时,复合隔膜的拉伸强度为2.36MPa。复合隔膜的熔点、熔融焓、初始分解温度都有一定程度的提高。
Firstly the grafted EVOH-SO_3Li/SiO_2 solution was synthesized, and then the nano SiO_2 was produced in the solution by in-situ preparation. After that the EVOH-SO_3Li/SiO_2 composite diaphragm was prepared through electrostatic spinning. The mechanical properties of the lithium-ion battery diaphragm were characterized by tensile strength. The effects of different SiO_2 contents on the mechanical properties and thermal properties were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength of the diaphragm would be 2.36 MPa when the SiO_2 content was 2%(wt). The melting point, melting enthalpy and initial decomposition temperature of the composite diaphragm were all improved to some extent.
