摘要
综述不同的2型糖尿病肾病建模方式并进行比较,以方便实验者根据实验目的、实验室条件及经验等,从中选择出适合的建模方式,为2型糖尿病肾病的预防和治疗提供科学依据。
We summarized different modeling methods of type 2 diabetic nephropathy to facilitate the experimenters to choose suitable modeling methods according to the laboratory conditions to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of tyre 2 diabetic nephropathy.
