摘要
为研究信息技术(IT)对供应链整合和供应链绩效的影响,结合资源基础观理论、关系视角理论和快速均匀流理论,总结了3种不同的IT能力和2种信息整合模式。以此为基础,构建了一个以供应链复杂度为调节变量,从IT能力到信息整合再到供应链绩效的理论模型。基于该理论模型,提出了信息技术能力对供应链绩效影响的若干假设。通过对423份来自上海地区制造企业有效样本的探索性因子分析和偏最小二乘(PLS)回归分析,探讨了IT能力的多维度构成及其对供应链整合和供应链绩效的影响,并给出了这些研究结果的管理内涵。
Based on the resource-based view, relationship view and theory of swift and even flow, we develop a comprehensive conceptual model consisting of information technology capabilities, information integration, supply chain performance, and supply chain complexity, to study the relationship among the four elements. To measure the information technology capability, we use three items: IT infrastructure, IT business experience and IT relationship base; and for the information integration, we use two items: internal information integration and external information integration. Supply chain performance is measured with two items: cost performance and service performance. In the model, we regard supply chain complexity as moderator. We collect data from 423 manufacturers in Shanghai and analyze the data using PLS (partial least square). The results show that IT infrastructure capability has no direct effect on information integration. However, the other two items of IT capabilities have positive effect on information integration, and information integration has positive effect on supply chain performance. The study implies that enterprises should pay more intention on information integration before introducing advanced IT so as to improve the supply chain performance.
