摘要
目的探讨新疆维吾尔族T2DM患者Fosl2蛋白表达,及与IR和胰岛β细胞功能的关系。方法收集新疆喀什地区维吾尔族T2DM患者(T2DM组)及非糖尿病者(Non-DM组),各50例,测量身高、体重、WC、臀围、SBP、DBP,检测FPG、HbA1c、FIns、血脂及Fosl2蛋白水平,计算BMI、WHR、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)及胰岛素敏感指数(HOMA-IS)。结果 (1)T2DM组Fosl2蛋白水平[(18.09±19.48)vs(41.48±26.32)ng/ml]、ln HOMA-IS[(-4.93±0.73)vs(-3.90±0.80)]及ln HOMA-β[(3.63±0.97)vs(4.65±0.85)]低于Non-DM组(P<0.01),而BMI、FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FIns及HOMA-IR均高于Non-DM组(P<0.05);(2)相关性分析显示,在维吾尔族人群中,Fosl2水平与BMI、FPG、HbA1c、TC、HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05),与ln HOMA-IS呈正相关(P<0.01);在维吾尔族T2DM人群中,Fosl2水平与TG呈正相关,与FIns、ln HOMA-β呈负相关(r=0.536、-0.465、-0.469,P<0.05)。结论 Fosl2蛋白表达水平与新疆维吾尔族IR、胰岛β细胞功能密切相关,Fosl2蛋白表达水平下调可能参与了维吾尔族T2DM的发生发展。
Objective To detect the relationship between Fosl2 protein expression and insulin resistance andβ-cell function in patient with type 2diabetes(T2DM)in Xinjiang Uygurs. Methods 50 cases with T2DM(T2DM group)and 50 non-diabetic controls(Non-DM group)were recruited in Uygurs.All the subjects accepted physical examinations including height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,SBP,and DBP.The levels of FPG,HbA1 c,FIns,and lipids and the expression of Fosl2 protein were detected.The indicators of BMI,WHR,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),insulin-βcell function index(HOMA-β)and insulin sensitivity index(HOMA-IS)were calculated. Results(1)The expression of Fosl2 protein in T2 DM group[(18.09±19.48)ng/ml]was significantly lower than in NonDM group[(41.48±26.32)ng/ml].Compared with Non-T2 DM group,ln HOMA-IS and ln HOMA-βwere significantly lower in T2 DM group in Xinjiang Uygurs(P〈0.01),while BMI,FPG,HbA1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FIns and HOMA-IR levels were higher(P〈0.01).(2)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of Fosl2 protein negatively correlated with BMI,FPG,HbA1 c,TC and HOMAIR(P〈0.05),and positively correlated with HOMA-IS in Uygur(P〈0.01).The expression of Fosl2 protein had positive correlation with TG,and negative correlation with FIns,HOMA-β(r=0.536,-0.465,-0.469,P〈0.05)in T2 DM group in Xinjiang Uygurs. Conclusion The expression of Fosl2 protein was related with insulin resistance andβ-cell function of Uygurs.The down regulation of Fosl2 protein expression may involved in the development of T2 DM in Xinjiang Uygurs.
