金针菇粉螨孳生调查及静粉螨休眠体形态观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察了解金针菇中孳生粉螨种类及静粉螨休眠体形态。方法收集金针菇上附着培养料等细粒混合物,分离其中孳生的粉螨,并制成玻片标本,于体视显微镜下分类鉴定。结果从筛出的126g金针菇培养料等细粒混合物中共分离出4种粉螨,分别为害嗜鳞螨、伯氏嗜木螨、腐食酪螨和静粉螨。体视显微镜下,静粉螨休眠体颚体退化,为一对隆起取代。所有刚毛较短,不易看出,顶外毛缺如。足上刚毛和感棒数目和大小均减少(小),第一感棒较长,超过足Ⅰ、Ⅱ跗节长度的一半。吸盘板上,1对较发达的吸盘位于前端,中央1对吸盘痕迹状。结论金针菇中有粉螨孳生,应采取有效措施防止粉螨孳生。 Objective To observe the category of Acaroid mites breeding in Flammu]ina ve]utipes and the morphology of Aearus immobilis hypopus. Methods The compost and other mixture on FlammuIina veIutipes were collected,then separated the breeding Acaroid mites to made for slide specimens, and classified and identified the mites under the microscope. Results A total of 4 species of Acaroid mites, Lepidoglyphus destructor, Caloglyphus berlesei, Tyrophagus putreseentiae and Acarus immobilis, were sieved out from 126 g Flammulina velutipes compost and mixture. Under stereomicroscope, the gnathosoma of Acarus immobiIis hypopus had become vestigial and replaced by a pair of apophysis. All the setae were short, not easily to be obseved and the external vertical seta lack. The number and size of foot setae and solenidia were reduced and diminished. But the first solenidia was longer than half of the digitus of foot I, Ⅱ. On the sucker plate, a pair of developed sucker was located in the front, and another pair of sucker like a trace was in central. Conclusion There are Acaroid mites breeding in Flammulina velutipes ,and it should be considered to control the mites.
