摘要
文章用不同规格的氨纶丝做拉伸试验,用一定规格锦纶丝、莱卡长丝在空心锭纺纱机上纺制了一系列不同包覆度的锦纶莱卡包覆纱,并对其成纱性能进行了拉伸试验分析,得到了包覆纱断裂强力、断裂伸长率与包覆度之间的相应规律,并且根据所得规律得出拟合抛物线方程,大概预测出包覆度在一定范围内断裂强力达到最大值。
In this paper,the tensile test was done with different sizes of spandex. With certain specifications of nylon filament and lycra filament on hollow spindle spinning machine spinning a range of different degrees of coated nylon lycra covering yarn,which was done the performance of its yarn tensile test analysis,it got the warp yarn breaking force,corresponding regularity between the elongation at break and coverage and got the fit parabolic equation obtained in accordance with the regularity. It was probably predicted breaking strength maximum in a certain range of coverage.
