摘要
为了研究PVC弯头的局部阻力和水流流态特征,对DN50和DN75两种PVC承插式90°弯头的水流特性利用CFD中的fluent软件进行了数值模拟,结果表明:不同管径弯头的局部阻力系数与雷诺数的关系曲线的变化趋势基本一致,压力在弯头拐角外侧压力最大,在下游管段内侧靠近弯头的位置压力最小。
Water flowing features of DNSO and DN75 two kinds of socket type 90°bend undergo numerical simulation through utilizing fluent software in CFD in order to study local resistance and water flow pattern characteristics of PVC bend. Results show that the local resistance coefficient of different pipe diameter bends is basically consistent with the relationship curve change trend of Reynolds number. The pressure is the maximum outside the bend corner. And the pressure is the minimum inside the downstream pipe section close to the bend location.
