中国儿科超说明书用药专家共识 被引量：105

摘要 超说明书用药（off-label use of drugs）是指药物的应用超出了国家药监部门认可的生产厂家提供的药品说明书界定范围，包括超出了适用年龄、剂量、剂型、给药途径或适应证等。但是“超说明书用药”并不意味着不合理用药、违法用药或试验性用药[1]，通常是经过广泛临床观察，并且有文献和循证医学证据支持的。在儿科领域，超说明书用药面临一定风险和法律问题。
