儿童肺炎支原体感染的再认识 被引量：34

摘要 肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma pneumoniae，MP），一种临床常见的病原微生物，其隶属支原体属（Mycoplasma）、支原体科（Mycoplasmaaceae）、支原体目（Mycoplamatales），最终归入柔膜体纲（Mollicutes）。支原体是一类无细胞壁、呈多形性、可以通过除菌滤器、常规革兰染色不能发现的微生物，也是迄今所知的能在无生命培养基上生长繁殖的最小的原核细胞微生物。
