摘要
目的:探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年6月洛阳石化医院收治的114例冠心病合并糖尿病患者,按照就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组57例患者行常规治疗,观察组57例患者在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪进行治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗前,2组患者心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、血压、血糖、心率等指标水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者心绞痛发作次数均较治疗前明显降低、心绞痛发作时间均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心率、血压及血糖指标均未发生明显变化(P>0.05);观察组患者心绞痛发作次数明显少于对照组、心绞痛持续时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗过程中,均未出现明显不良反应。结论:曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并糖尿病,能有效减少患者的心绞痛发作次数,降低血糖水平,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE：To study the clinic efficacy of trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease combined with diabetes. METHODS：114 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes from Jan. 2013 to June. 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the visiting sequence, and 57 cases in control group underwent conventional treatment, 57 patients in the observation group were treated with the conventional therapy plus trimetazidine treatment, the treatment efficacy was compared in two groups of patients. RESULTS： Before treatment, the two groups of patients in the times of angina attacks, angina duration, blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate and some other indicators had no significant difference（P〉0. 05）. After treatment, the attack frequency of patients with angina was significantly reduced, the time of angina was significantly shorten, with significant differences（ P 〈0. 05 ） , and the heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar had no obvious change （P〉0. 05）;Also, in observation group, the times of angina was significantly less than that in the control group, the duration of angina was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant differences （ P 〈0. 05 ） . There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups of patients during treatment. CONCLUSIONS：Trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease combined with diabetes can effectively reduce the times of angina, lower blood sugar, improve the therapeutic efficacy, and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
