摘要
目的：探讨对骨伤后肢体软组织的肿胀采用中医推拿按摩手法并联合中药汤剂治疗的临床疗效。方法：2013年8月至2015年6月我科共接诊92例骨伤后期患者。随机分为2组。观察组46例,对其骨伤后软组织的肿胀采用中医推拿按摩手法并联合服用中药汤剂活血化瘀汤进行治疗。对照组46例,仅服用中药汤剂活血化瘀汤。活血化瘀汤口服,1剂/d,1~2次服用,疗程为2周。中医推拿按摩治疗,1次/d,每次20 min,疗程为1个月。比较2组治疗后的临床效果。观察指标包括：肢体肿胀程度的改善、肿胀完全消除时间、患肢的疼痛改善、疗程结束后治疗总有效率。结果：治疗2周、4周后,2个组患肢肿胀程度、疼痛程度均较其治疗前有显著的改善（P〈0.05）。治疗4周后,观察组患肢肿胀以及疼痛程度的改善,均较对照组有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。肿胀完全消除时间,观察组为（34.3±4.6）d,对照组为（41.5±5.7）d,2个组的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗结束后评估,观察总有效率94.5%,对照组为73.4%,2个组的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医推拿按摩手法联合中药活血化瘀汤,可在更短时间内消除骨伤后期肢体软组织的肿胀,有效减轻患者患肢疼痛,临床效果满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of tuina combined with Huoxue Huayu decoction in the treatment of soft tissue swelling due to bone trauma,and thus to find an effective method to address this problem. Methods： A total of 92 cases of patients who enrolled into our hospital from August 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,forty-six in each. The observation group were treated with tuina combined with Huoxue Huayu decoction and the control group with Huoxue Huayu decoction solely. Huoxue Huayu decoction was taken orally,with 1 dose a day（ could be taken by one time or two times）,lasting two weeks. Tuina,1 time a day,20 min for a time,lasting for one months. After treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including the improvement of limb swelling,duration to total swelling elimination,relief of pain,and total effective rate. Results： After treating for two weeks and four weeks,the pain relief and swelling degree in the two groups were significantly improved than before（ P〈0. 05）. After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the swelling degree and pain relief of the patients in the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The swelling completely eliminated in the observation group at（ 34. 3 ± 4. 6） d,and it was（ 41. 5 ± 5. 7） d in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the total effective rate was 94. 5% in the observation group and 73. 4% in the control group,and there were statistical difference between the two groups.（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with tuina has a satisfying performance as it could relieve soft tissue swelling due to bone trauma in a shorter time and relieve the pain effectively.
