摘要
由于CAE计算机辅助工程技术广泛应用于塑料模具的设计与制造中,大大提高了塑件的生产效率和质量。以LF-18型电风扇的底脚为例,分析其加工过程中出现的缺陷,通过CAE技术优化影响其质量的工艺因素,最后注射出较高质量的底脚塑件。
Because the CAE technology is widely applied to the plastic mold design and manufacturing, the production efficiency and the quality of plastic parts are improved greatly. Taking the foot of LF-18 electric fan as an example, this paper analyzes the defects apparing in the process of processing. CAE technology is used to optimize the technological factors affecting its quality, in onder to make up the foot into high quality plastic parts.
