摘要
黑龙江省与日本的经济技术合作开展多年 ,进展不快 ,与中日两国间经济技术合作的水平有较大差距。在比较研究中 ,黑龙江省与日本经济技术合作受诸多因素的影响 ,应从政治、经济、文化多层面探讨制约因素的实质所在 ,抓住合作机遇 。
The economic and technical cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Japan lagged behind that of Sino-Japan level.The comparative studies shows that the obvious factors influencing the differentials are from political,economic and cultural points of view and the cooperative opportunities can fully propel Heilongjiang provicial leaping development in its opening economy.
