胸腔镜高清手术视频在胸外科教学中的意义 被引量：6

摘要 手术教学是胸外科的临床教学的重点之一,传统开胸手术由于切口视野小、操作位置深等原因,再加上局部解剖结构不熟悉,使得同学几乎无法对手术的产生直观的感性认识,临床手术教学效果不佳。通过胸腔镜在胸外科手术中的普遍使用,尤其是高清胸腔镜手术以其清晰手术视野、直观的解剖结构等特点,能有效提升学生对胸腔内及纵膈解剖和手术的认识,改善了胸外科临床教学效果。
