研究闭合复位与经皮空心螺钉内固定治疗82例胫骨平台骨折的效果被引量：1

摘要目的探索胫骨平台骨折的最佳治疗方案。方法选取我院2012-2015年抢救的同意接受研究的164例胫骨平台骨折患者,皮空心螺钉内固定+闭合复位实践于82例观察组,开放性整复钢板内固定实践于82例对照组,对比实践效果。结果对照组接受开放性整复钢板内固定,开放性整复钢板内固定的有效率为80.49%。观察组接受经皮空心螺钉内固定+闭合复位后,经皮空心螺钉内固定+闭合复位的有效率为97.56%。观察组的优良率显著高于对照组,两组治疗方案下胫骨平台骨折患者的疗效有明显差异(P<0.05)。对患者进行随访发现,对照组复发率为7.32%,观察组复发率为1.22%。两组治疗方案下胫骨平台骨折患者的复发情况有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台骨折的最佳治疗方案当属经皮空心螺钉内固定+闭合复位,疗效确切安全性好。
