摘要
文章详细介绍Tesco的表层套管钻井设备,以2011年在中石化阿根廷项目区块应用Tesco的表层套管钻井技术为案例,总结出表层套管钻井施工重点,归纳出合适的表层套管钻进参数,形成了一套适合这些区块的成熟可靠的表层套管钻井工艺,通过该技术在的中石化海外阿根廷项目区块推广应用,减少了钻井成本,缩短了建井周期。从而为该技术在其他区域的应用提供了借鉴,同时也可作为国内石油企业进行表层套管作业时的参考。
This paper introduces the surface- drilling-with- casing equipments of Tesco in details,taking the application of Tesco surface drilling with casing in the areas of Sinopec E&P Argentine S. A. in 2011 as an example. The key points and the proper operating parameters of surface- drilling- with-casing operations on location are summarized. And a set of reliable field- proven surface drilling with casing technology for areas of Sinopec E&P Argentine S. A. is in place. It has been proved that the drilling cost can be reduced and the well construction period can be shortened through the application of Tesco surface drilling with casing technology in the areas of Sinopec E&P Argentine S. A. It will provide a helpful guidance for the petroleum engineers when applying this kind of surface drilling with casing technology in other areas,and also can be used as a valuable reference to the decision makers when considering promoting surface drilling with casing operations in domestic petroleum enterprises.
