摘要
科技与金融结合可以有效提高生产效率,引擎式带动经济增长,对于整个经济社会的发展和进步具有十分重要的作用。本文从企业、金融机构和政府三个层面分析科技与金融结合中的制约因素,并以榆林市为例分析科技与金融相结合中存在的缺乏市场化基础、直接融资支持不足、科技与金融相互渗透不强等问题,以此为基础提出应形成政府、科技企业以及金融系统的合力,推动科技金融的发展。
The combination of technology and finance can effectively improve the production efficiency, drive the economic growth, and plays an important role for the entire economic and social development and progress. This study mainly analyzes the restrictive factors for the combination of science and finance and takes Yulin as an example to analyze the regional development of technology and finance combination and the existing problem. Based on the study, the paper puts forward countermeasures to eliminate all kinds of obstacles faced by the combination of technology and finance.
