介绍了标准物质的定义、分类和用途,并对标准物质的选择、采购和保存过程进行了详细探讨。重点阐述了标准物质的使用及期间核查方法,列举了目前常用的几种期间核查效果评定方法。最后,讨论了标准物质在计量认证实验室质量管理方面的应用。
The definition, classification and use of reference materials were described. Moreover, their selection, procurement and preservation process were probed in detail. Especially, their usage and methods of intermediate checks were expounded and several common methods of effect assessment of intermediate checks were listed. In the end, the ap- plication of reference materials in quality management in metrology accreditation laboratories was discussed.
