摘要 作者描述了一种测定天然水中钛的催化极谱法。水样需先用中速定量滤纸过滤,滤液用盐酸酸化并沸水浴加热30分钟,再用催化极谱法定量。本法对水样的最小检出量为1.2ng,最低检出浓度为0.12μg/L,方法的变异系数为8%,回收率为96~101%。用铜铁试剂-氯仿提取试剂溶液可大大降低试剂空白。本文还给出了温度对钛催化电流的作用。 Titanium has a very sensitive catalyticpolarographic wave in the system of cupfer-ron-hexamine-sodium sulfate at pH 6.0-6.4.The catalytic current was proportional tothe content of titanium.High blank of thereagents could be improved by extractionwith the system of cupferron-chloroform.For determination, samples were filteredwith quantitative filtor paper, but it wasnot necessary for drinking water samples.The filtration was acidified with HCl to0.5%(V/V) and hea ted in a boiling waterbath for 30 min, 5ml sample was sufficedto most analyses. The detection limit was0.12 μg/L. The coefficient of variation was8% for 6 determinations at 0.2 μg/L. Threelevels of titanium were spiked to onesample, and it was found that the recover-ies were 96-101%.The proposed method wasapplied to rain water, well-head water,well water, tap water and river water.The content of titanium of most sampleswas less than 2μg/L.
