摘要
近年来,抗浮锚杆因其工艺优势及造价优势在基础施工中得到广泛应用。然而在抗浮锚杆施工中,诸多因素也会影响施工效果,如锚杆长度较长、地质条件较差易引起塌孔,传统跟套管锚杆钻机成孔工艺无法顺利施工。北京天利德机电厂房项目在施工抗浮锚杆时,采用了类似"螺旋钻机成孔反插钢筋笼"施工工艺,先注浆后下插杆体,成功解决了塌孔问题,同时节约了洗孔时间,缩短了工期,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。
In recent years, anti-floating anchor for its technology advantage and cost advantage has been widely used in basic construction. However, the anti-floating anchor construction, and many other factors also affect the construction effect. For example, anchor length is too long, poor geological conditions can lead to the collapse of the hole; the traditional bolt rig into the hole with the casing can not be smooth construction process. In the construction of anti-floating anchor of Beijing Tianlide Factory, it adopts a similar "anti inserted steel cage into the hole" construction technology, and grouts in the first and inserts steel bar secondly. This method successfully resolves the problem of the collapse of the hole, and saves time to wash hole, shortens the construction period, offers reference for similar stratum.
