摘要
目的:调查网状Meta分析(network Meta-analysis,NMA)检索报告情况。方法:根据纳入排除标准,纳入Pub Med、EMBASE.com、Web of Science和Cochrane library等数据库收录的NMA,两名研究员独立提取检索报告方面的相关条目并输入Excel,采用STATA12.0进行统计分析。结果:共纳入NMA391篇,其中383篇检索了相关数据库。313篇NMA采用自由词的检索方式,207篇NMA采用主题词的检索方式,只有192篇NMA同时结合自由词和主题词的检索方式。301、298、18和228篇NMA分别将疾病、干预措施、结局指标和研究设计作为检索词,258、201和195篇NMA分别采用疾病结合干预措施、疾病结合研究设计和干预措施结合研究设计进行检索。69篇NMA在检索前报告了检索策略,12和54篇NMA分别在文中和以附件形式呈现检索策略。30篇NMA报告了限制检索时间的原因,27篇NMA报告了限制检索语言的原因。116篇NMA报告了检索结果,138篇NMA提供了流程图。结论:调查显示当前发表的NMA存在检索策略细节、检索结果报告不全面,同时对实施文献检索的人员和文献筛选流程图报告不充分等问题。希望今后NMA研究者以此为鉴,在NMA正文中充分报告相关检索内容。
Objective: To investigate and analyze reporting situation of network Meta-analysis. Methods: Pub Med,EMBASE. com,Web of Science and Cochrane library were used to find related NMA,NMA were select based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were extracted by 2 reviewers independently by Excel software and analyses were performed using STATA12. 0 software. Results: A total of 391 NMA were included. Among them,383 NMA reported information related to retrieval information,whereas free text,Mesh terms and free text combine Mesh terms were used to find related studies in 313,207,192 NMA respectively. 301,298,18,228,258,201,195 NMA reported disease terms,intervention terms,outcome terms,design terms,disease terms combine intervention terms,disease terms combine design terms,intervention terms combine design terms,which used to find related studies. 69 NMA reported the search strategy,12 NMA showed the search strategy in full text,at the same time,54 NMA used appendix or additional file to present the search strategy30,27 NMA reported the related limitation in time and language respectively. 116 NMA repoted the search results,138 NMA provided a flow screening chart. Conclusion: The results from our study showed that the current published NMA lack of the details of retrieval strategies and the search results,at the same time,the flow screening chart and retrieval stuffs should should be reinforced. We sincerely hope that analysts will take this as a warning and report related retrieve information of NMA in future.
