摘要
通过对2011年河南省出版的《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》关于价格和财务管理各项条款的研读,结合实情,探讨制定医院价格与财务管理的标准和细则,并通过等级医院评审,我省医院在医疗管理、护理、药事以及价格管理和财务管理方面均取得了一定的进步,成效满意。我院也建立和完善了价格和财务管理的机制,同时对价格和财务管理以及医院运营质量都提出了更精细、更高的要求,医院管理部门仍需以等级评审为契机,强化医院管理。
Through the detailed rules for the implementation of the＂three general hospital accreditation standards＂published in 2011 in our province,combining with the facts,to explore the development of hospital prices and financial management standards and rules. Through the hospital accreditation,our province hospital in medical management,nursing,pharmacy and price management and financial management aspects were obtained certain progress,and satisfactory results were achieved. Our hospital also established and improved the mechanism of price and financial management,while the price and quality of hospital financial management and operations were made more sophisticated,more demanding. Hospital management departments still need to grade assessment as an opportunity to strengthen hospital management.
