摘要
节能减排和可持续发展是建设领域发展的趋势。当前,体育场馆在快速建设发展的过程中,面临运营间歇化和用能密度高等诸多问题。本文通过文献资料、对比分析等研究方法,针对体育场馆建设过程中管理制度零散、节能环保技术的应用忽视以及体育场馆环境等方面,提出我国体育场馆低碳运行技术导则建议,体育场馆低碳运行的评价、要求和实施路径,从而保障体育场馆类建筑功能满足和资源节约。
Sustainability is the fundamental requirement for future construction development in China. The operation of sport stadiums has become increasingly important with the rapid growth of stadiums in China. It＇ s quite challenging with temporary running and high energy consumption density for stadiums. This paper presents research results based on literature review, case study and innovative mode comparison. Low carbon operation guideline is suggested containing three aspects including technical measure, environmentguarantee and management policy. It＇ s also approach. It＇ s pointed out how to evaluate, require and implement the sustainability that stadiums will be more efficiently operated with the employment of this guideline.
