摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)与GIS的集成被视为数字城市向智慧城市发展的关键技术之一,通过集成BIM和GIS技术,实现三维数字城市中建筑物室内外一体化展示、管理与分析。并在此基础上开展建筑经济人口信息集成管理、户籍房产管理、应急疏散等面向公众的应用,拓展三维数字城市的应用外延。
Integration of GIS and building information model （BIM） is regarded as the one of the important technologies of the smart city development. From digital city to smert city by the integration of BIM and GIS technology, this paper achieve three-dimensional digital city building integration of indoor and outdoor display, management and analysis. And on the basis of the research, it is shown the applicaticn exarnples of construction economic information integration manage ment, the household registration property management, emergency evacuation and other public applications, with expand, the application of three-dimensional digital city extension.
