摘要
阐述了规模化生活垃圾填埋场封场现状及封场治理环境管理的重要性和必要性,介绍了国外封场环境管理经验,进一步确定了国内封场工程环境管理工作对策及工作重点。认为,填埋场封场后应采取重视建立环境管理机构、制定环境管理制度、开展例行检查、实施长期监测等环境管理措施。
This article describes the status, the importance and necessity of environmental management towards large-Scale municipal solid wastes landfill sites in post-closure, introduced the practices of closure management in overseas developed countries, further determined the domestic closure of environmental management countermeasures and emphasis. Some measures of environmental management for the landfill sites in post- closure were put forward, such as establishing organization of environmental management, formulating policies of environmental management, implementing routine inspection and long-term monitoring.
