摘要
通过石墨炉、ICP-MS以及ICP-OES等3种仪器分别对已知含量的金属元素——铅进行测定,然后对比分析测定结果。通过测定发现,3种仪器的测定结果存在着一定的差异,但均能满足实验室的测定要求。石墨炉线性范围窄,对于较高浓度的样品需要稀释;ICP-MS和ICP-OES的测定范围宽,对高含量样品无需稀释可直接测定。
The lead of the metal elements with the known content of the metal elements were determined by graphite furnace, ICP-MS and ICP-OES and then the results were compared and analyzed. There are some differences in the results of the determination of the three instruments, but it all can meet the requirements of the laboratory. The linear range of the graphite furnace is narrow, so the sample with higher concentration should be diluted.The wide linear range of ICP-OES and ICP-MS can be determined directly without dilution.
