摘要
目的探讨卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎的高分辨CT(HRCT)表现及临床意义。方法分析12例卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者的HRCT表现。结果卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎HRCT表现为实变、磨玻璃影、小叶间隔增厚、支气管血管束周围间质增厚、小叶内间质增厚、胸膜下间质增厚、牵引性支气管扩张、马赛克表现、碎石路征、肺气囊、纵隔淋巴结增大等征像。结论免疫力低下患者近期出现肺部感染性病变,HRCT扫描可见前述间质性改变、对称性磨玻璃影、新发肺气囊及马赛克表现应高度警惕卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎。
Objective To investigate the high resolution CT（HRCT） findings of pneumocystis cannii pneumoma anti its clinical significance. Methods The HRCT findings of 12 patients with pneumocystis cafinii pneumonia were analyzed. Results The HRCT of pneumocystis carinii pneumonia were presented as consolidation, ground glass Opacity, thickens of interlobular septum, peribronehovascular interstitium,interlobular interstitium and subplural interstitium, tractional bronchioolectasis, mosaic sign, craz-paving, cystic lesion and enlargement of mediastinal lymph nodes. Conclusion Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia should be on high alert if patients with recent hypoimmunity show a lung infection and the HRCT changes as described above.
