摘要
超声波流量计作为一种较高精度的流体计量工具,在节能降耗方面发挥着巨大作用。基于Fluent软件,选用k-ε模型对超声流量计基表内的流场进行了三维数值模拟,通过计算及结果分析得到超声波流量计K系数及K系数标准差的分布规律,并探讨了超声波流量计最优声路的选择,反射柱直径、换能器露出高度对基表内水流特性的影响规律。数值模拟对流量计结构优化具有一定的指导作用。
As a high precision fluid measurement tool,ultrasonic flowmeter plays a significant role in energy saving. Based on Fluent software and used k-ε model,three-dimensional( 3D) flow fields in the table of ultrasonic flowmeter were simulated. By calculation and results analysis,K coefficient and its distribution law of standard deviation were obtained,how to choose the optimal sound path was discussed,as well as for the influence law of reflex column diameter and transducer high on flow characteristic of the table.The numercial simulation is helpful for structure optimization of the flowmeter.
