趋化因子配体2、5在前列腺癌组织中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨趋化因子配体(CXCL)2、5在前列腺癌(PC)组织中的表达。方法 156例PC患者根据其所患病症类型分为三组,PC组82例,前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)组32例,良性前列腺增生(BPH)组42例,Western印迹检测各组CXCL2和CXCL5的表达情况。结果 PC组、PIN组的CXCL2和CXCL5的阳性表达率高于BPH组(P<0.05)。PC组的CXCL2和CXCL5的阳性表达率高于PIN组(P<0.05)。Western印迹结果表明:CXCL2和CXCL5在PC组相对表达量,PC组>PIN组>BPH组(P<0.05)。结论 CXCL2和CXCL5在PC中高表达。
