摘要
目的探讨早期应用尤瑞克林与丁苯酞联合治疗基底动脉尖综合征的临床疗效。方法将50例基底动脉尖综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,两组均给予缺血性脑卒中常规治疗,对照组加用丁苯酞治疗,观察组加用尤瑞克林、丁苯酞联合治疗,疗程均为14天,比较两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗后14、28天观察组神经功能缺损评分均比对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗基底动脉尖综合征临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of urinary kallidinogenase combined with butylphthalide in the trealment of top of basilar syndrome. Methods 50 cases of top of basilar syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The patients in the control group were treated with butylphthalide, and those in the observation group were added with urinary kallidinogenase based on the treatment of the control group. After the continuous treatment for 14 days, NIHSS scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group after 14 days and 28 days （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of top of basilar syndrome is significantly effective.
