摘要
针对巷道周围地应力分布不清,支护设计凭经验靠感觉这一现象,提出了用应力解除法进行巷道周围地应力测试。采用改进后的测试仪器准确获取了地应力数据,3个测点的最大主应力均大于20 MPa。介绍了U型钢支架+槽钢+锚杆的补强支护方式,并运用数值模拟进行论证。矿压监测结果显示:最终顶底移近速率为0.28 mm/d,两帮移近速率为0.17 mm/d,证明了准确掌握地应力分布情况在巷道支护设计时具有重要作用。
Aiming at the problem that stress distribution around roadway is unclear and supporting design depending on experience, stress relieving method is presented for roadway around stress testing. We accurately obtained geostress data by using the improved in- strument, three points of maximum principal stress is greater than 20 MPa. We introduce the U - shaped steel bracket + channel + anchor reinforcing support way and use numerical simulation to demonstrate. Mine pressure monitoring results show that final top and bottom deformation amount is 0.28 ram/d, two sides deformation amount is 0.17 ram/d, and it is proved that accurately grasping geostress distribution plays an important role in roadway design.
