国际抗利尿不适当综合征诊治指南共识对比分析 被引量：2

Comparative interpretation of the guidelines to the diagnosis and treatment of eyndrome of inappropriate anti-diuresis

摘要 近年来关于抗利尿不适当综合征(SIAD)的研究报道日益增多,国际上SIAD诊断及治疗的指南和共识相继颁布。然而,不同机构制定的指南之间存在些许差异,以至于我们临床医师在实际工作中存在困惑。文章主要对2013年发布的美国低钠血症诊治、评估和治疗专家共识以及2014年欧洲专家组发布的低钠血症临床诊治指南间的异同进行对比分析,以期总结出更实用的方法指导临床实践。 Resently, with an increasing appearance of reports about the Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuresis, various national and international recommendations or guidelines from professional organizations have been published. However, they suffer from several significant differences that confuse our physicians in practice. This article summarizes the major similarities and differences between American recommendation and European guideline, to sum up the more practical methods to guide the clinical practice.
