摘要
阐述了采用CFD软件对转化器流场进行数值计算的建模、计算过程和方法。为研究套环管混气装置对转化器气流分布的作用,对其入口烟道及其中一段转化层进行建模,分析不同套环管设置对转化器气流分布的影响。
The paper presents numerical calculation modeling, calculating process and methods of converter flow field by using CFD software. In order to investigate the effect of gas mixture device of lantern ring pipe on gas distribution of converter, the modeling is carried out for the inlet gas duct and one pass of converting layer and the paper analyzes the effects of different lantern ring pipes on converter gas flow distribution.
