摘要 针对老式材料试验机测控系统改造的实际需求,以高性能低功耗单片机STC12LE5A60S2为核心,设计了电子引伸计信号采集系统。该系统硬件电路设计以仪用运算放大器AD620作为信号放大芯片、以16位Σ-Δ型A/D转换芯片AD7792为模数转换器件。该系统既可通过串口与上位计算机通信,通过软件配置实现实验结果的直观显示,同时又可与TFT液晶屏构成独立的系统,使用十分方便。能满足力学性能实验和生产加工现场的实际功能需求,具有较大的实用价值。 In view of the actual demand of old-fashioned material testing machine measurement and control system improvement, this paper presents electronic extensometer signal sampling system with the core of high-performance and low-power STC12LE5A60S2 MCU. The design of hardware circuit of the system uses the instrument operational amplifier AD620 as a signal amplifier chip and the 16 bits Σ-Δ type AD7792 as an AD chip. The system can not only communicate with computer by serial port and intuitively display the experimental results by software configuration, but also constitute a separate system with TFT-LCD screen. It is very easy to use. The system can meet the actual functional requirements of mechanical property experiments and the scene of production and processing, and it has higher practical values.
