气体流量测量装置及控制方法研究

摘要 研究了一种气体流量测量装置及控制方法 ,利用PLC或DCS硬件平台,通过主副回路测量装置切换,根据流量大小,采用主、副差压测量装置进行气体流量测量,大大提高了测量精度,彻底解决了工业生产中流量范围过大、且长时间工作在小流量况下、流量计测量不准、甚至流量计无法使用的难题,是工业气体流量测量设备和方法领域的创新,对生产控制过程起到了重要作用,具有显著的经济效益,在生产中有极大的推广使用价值。 A gas flow measuring device and control method are researched. By using of PLC or DCS hardware and software platform, through the main and auxiliary switching circuit measuring device, according to size of the flow, the main and auxiliary differential pressure measuring device is adopted to measure gas flow. It greatly improves the measurement accuracy, completely solve the too large industrial production flow range, and the problem that it works long haurs at low flow condition flow measurement is not allowed, even flowmeter problem can not be used. It is an innovation in the field for industrial gas flow measurement devices and methods. It plays an important role for the control of the production process and with significant economic benefits, has great value in promoting the use of production.
