摘要
作为前置式自卸汽车液压系统的核心部件,多级缸品质优劣直接关乎自卸汽车产品的可靠性。该研究针对多级缸可靠性试验,研发了用于模拟多级缸不同工况下的综合试验台,台架实验能充分验证多级缸的密封性能、疲劳寿命、抗侧偏能力等关键技术指标。通过某款典型多级缸的台架试验及数据分析,为后续产品结构优化提供有力的技术支持。综合试验台的研究与应用,为国内多级缸出厂前模拟真实工况可靠性试验及自卸汽车上装关键部件的结构优化提供了保证。
As the core components of hydraulic system in former dump truck, the quality of telescopic hydraulic cylinder is directly related to the reliability of dump truck. In this paper, we build a comprehensive test bed for the reliability test of it which can simulate different working conditions of this kind of cylinder. Bench test can fully verify the sealing characteristics, fatigue life, lateral resistance behavior and any other key technology indicators of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder. The bench test and data analysis of typical cylinder can provide strong technical support for the structural optimization of the following products. The research and application of comprehensive test bed can ensure the telescopic hydraulic cylinder test when simulate the reliability before delivery. Also it can provide an important guarantee for structure optimization of mounted parts of the dump truck.
