摘要
知识型企业是我国步入知识经济时代后创业的主导力量,鼓励知识型企业创业成为经济升级发展的重要任务。在知识型企业创业中,创业环境是影响创业成败的重要外部条件,鼓励知识型企业创业需要为其营造特定的创业环境。然而由于创业关键性资源的差异,知识型企业创业所需的环境有别于制造业企业,并更加依赖于教育、资本市场和知识产权制度三类关键环境要素。笔者通过构建SEM结构方程模型,从理论和实证两方面验证教育、资本市场以及知识产权制度是知识型企业创业的关键环境要素,是其创业的重要实现条件。然后基于实证结果,笔者分析当前我国知识型企业创业环境的缺失及其原因,指出资本市场发展不完善、创新型教育不足、知识产权运用和保护力度不够制约当前我国知识型企业创业发展,并从构建"三创"教育体系、鼓励金融创新、实施国家和企业知识产权战略等方面提出完善我国知识型企业创业环境的政策思考。
knowledge intensive firms are the leader of entrepreneurship in the era of knowledge economy,and to encourage entrepreneurship of knowledge intensive firms is an important task of economy development. Entrepreneurial environment is an important external condition that affects entrepreneurship of knowledge intensive firms,to encourage entrepreneurship of knowledge intensive firms should build a specific environment for them. Due to the different critical resources used by firms,the entrepreneurial environment of the knowledge intensive firms is different to that of manufacturing firms,and is more dependent on three key environmental factors,including education,capital market and intellectual property system. By building a SEM model,this paper proves education,capital market and intellectual property are the key environment factors of entrepreneurship of knowledge intensive firms. At the same time,this paper analyzes the current entrepreneurial environment of china＇s knowledge intensive firms by pointing out that undeveloped capital market,lack of innovative education and protection of intellectual property rights restrict entrepreneurship of knowledge intensive firms in china. We also propose relevant policies to improve knowledge intensive firms＇ entrepreneurial environment by the way of constructing a ＂Creative-Innovative-Entrepreneurial＂education system,encouraging financial innovation and implementation of national and enterprise intellectual property rights strategy.
